the hull is carved and shaped from a single piece of ivory with the stem and keel inlaid as separate pieces, the cove stripe is incised just below the topsides. The deck is scored to represent planking, and is fitted with some details which include anchors, deck hatches, long boat, tiller and companionway. Rigged with a single mast, cross spars, gaff, boom, bowsprit, standing and running rigging including: ratlines, topping lift, forestay, backstays, bracing lines, and other details. Displayed on a pair of cradles fixed to a marquetry base, within a glass and mahogany display case.
9-1/4 x 5-1/4 x 7-3/4 in. (23.5 x 13.3 x 19.7 cm.) cased.
