The dark-blue-skinned ferocious deity standing astride a large bull over a seven-petal lotus base, wielding a skull-tipped sceptre in his right hand and a lasso in his left, wearing gold jewelry and bone apron, a skull tiara and a garland of severed heads, surrounded by a flaming red aureole the framing niches containing tathagatas along the top and wrathful retinue figures on the sides and bottom. Partially abraded gilt Chinese inscription in the bottom register.
