4to (200 x 135 mm). [22], 58 pp. Half-page engraved plate of the dedicatee's arms. Large typographic acrostic of the author's name in a double circle. Modern vellum. Some foxing and minor staining, acrostic leaf (blank on verso) slightly shaved and adhered at margin to following leaf.
