Folio (302 x 202 mm). 367 leaves (of 368, lacking final blank): [50 unsigned leaves followed by:] a-z8 &8 [com]8 R8 A-N8 O6(-O6). Double columns. Title page printed in red and black. Woodcut illustration on title, woodcut printers device on colophon, woodcut initials throughout. 17th century vellum, gilt and manuscript spine titles, stained edges. Minor staining to title, period annotations to title and verso, a few leaves browned, minor worming to inner margins affecting a few letters.
Provenance: A. Pennarÿ (ownership signature to title dated 1710).
