Middle Kingdom - New Kingdom, circa 2133-1070 B.C.
The pottery example in hieratic, reading 'under his sandals...and this day', Middle Kingdom, 4¼in (10.7cm) long; and three limestone examples including a draughtsman's sketch of a crocodile-headed god wearing a plumed headress in a shrine, New Kingdom or later, 5½in (14cm) long; a fragment with hieratic 'Amenem' and 'the temple of Amen', New Kingdom, 3in (7.6cm) long; and a miniature round topped stele with a kneeling male figure with arms raised in adoration before a seated deity, probably Ptah, New Kingdom 3in (7.6cm) long (4)
