A set of six Victorian leather cased silver mounted graduated horn beakers
silver rims with maker's mark JB, possibly by John Brashier, London 1879
Plain tapering sides, glazed bases, the largest of the beakers rim engraved "FRANCIS JOHNSTONE FROM GLAMIS SEPTR 1880", front also with applied shield, with engraved twin crest, all fitted in a leather case and cover with buckle strap (damaged), initialled, height of largest beaker 12.9cm.
