Footnotes

  • Influenced by the mid 1970's trend for larger watches, a newly designed Carrera model (reference 110.573 Calibre 12 and 150.573 Calibre 15) was introduced in 1974. It had an enlarged cushion shaped steel case featuring beautiful blue and smoke dials. The dial has a special three band finish reactive to light with interesting effects and the hands are bright orange, contrasting to the brown dial. The case is thicker than on the earlier automatic Carrera models with integrated pushers and crown.
