Utopiae [etc.], device on title and last page, some stains towards the end and the last half dozen leaves soft and margins slightly defective without loss of text, bold inscription on title "Hertfordie & amicor[um]" (probably Sir Edward Seymour, Earl of Hertford, 1539-1621, son of the protector, and possibly representing a library in the Tower of London where he was confined), nineteenth century sheep, worn, backstrip missing [Adams M1752], 4to, Basle, Episcopius, 1563
