An unusual Directoire gilt bronze and painted mantel clock

the floral cast bronze clock with Roman numerals within painted flower heads, with butterfly mounted hands, above a floral garland hung between two lions heads, mounted on a stepped plinth with applied garland to the front, raised on paw feet, with a drum movement with outside countwheel strike on a bell, movement inscribed 'RaimaoFres à Paris', together with associated glass dome, 26cm wide, 10cm deep, 45cm high
