the inverted bell top surmounted by a cast brass handle and four finials over circular sound frets and glazed apertures to the sides on a moulded plinth base and moulded block feet, the 7 inch break-arch dial with matted centre, mock pendulum aperture, calendar aperture, rococo spandrels and strike/silent dial to the arch, the five-pillared (one replaced) twin wire fusee movement with floral and foliate engraved backplate, converted anchor escapement and rack striking on a bell, 27cm wide, 18cm deep, 50cm high
