Ink on silk woven with a pattern of scattered ruyi-clouds, mounted as a handscroll, written in Manchu and Han script, the text opening with a four-character title Feng Tian Gao Ming or by command of Heaven, flanked by a pair of dragons, followed by a long inscription, stamped with two large seals, with a wood box.
