Petritskii embraced Constructivism when he moved to Moscow in 1920 and quickly adapted the style for the Moscow Camera Theater. When he returned to Kiev, examples of Petritskii's designs for such important productions as Golesisovky's ballet Eccentric Dances and the operas Prince Igor, Turandot and William Tell.
