A pair of coral red and gilt enameled porcelain tripod bowls
Qianlong marks, Republic period
The wide bodies of alms bowl shape with the protruding exterior walls gilt in a densely composed lotus and vine rinceau beneath a ruyi lappet band encircling the inward curving mouth rim, all supported by three tall attenuated feet centered closely together surrounding the underside bearing small four-character Qianlong yuzhi marks in double squares, the unglazed ring in the interior wells stamped 'CHINA' in black ink (two legs restuck).
