Erwin Sattler is a celebrated independent German clockmaker. The present lot is a miniature version of the brand's successful wall clock Classica Secunda 1985 regulator dial. In 2009, the watch was awarded prizes at ViennaTime and MunichTime luxury watch fairs. It also claimed fourth place in Munich and tenth place in London in the category of 'Classic Elegance', as the only watch submitted by a clock manufacturer.
