A ruby and diamond double-clip brooch
The lozenge-shape openwork geometric plaque set with an oval mixed-cut ruby, weighing 2.67 carats and a pear-shaped diamond, weighing 1.38 carats, to brilliant, baguette, trapeze and half-moon cut diamonds, mounted in platinum, the remaining diamonds estimated to weigh approximately 6.00 in total, brooch length 6.0cm
