A ruby red and white double overlay glass vase
Qianlong
Of globular form rising to a tall cylindrical neck from a circular hollowed base, the iron red overlay carved in two opposing barbed cartouches, one side featuring a phoenix perched atop rockworks surrounded by intense growth of blossoming peonies, bamboo and lingzhi sprigs beneath the sun hidden behind a cloud wisp, the other side with further bamboo, plum blossom and lingzhi issuing from rockworks.
