To celebrate the Bicentenary of the birth of his Great, Great, Great Grandfather; John Grant in 2005, George Grant personally selected a cask of Glenfarclas 50 Years Old for bottling. This cask was distilled on the 30th September 1955 and bottled 50 years to the day on the 30th September 2005.

2005年，佐治‧格蘭親自挑選了一桶格蘭花格50年陳釀裝瓶，藉以紀念先輩約翰‧格蘭的誕辰200週年。該桶酒於1955年9月30日釀製，並於50年後的2005年9月30日那天裝瓶。

After fifty years in our dunnage warehouses the cask gave us just 110 bottles, at cask strength of 46.6% vol. The whisky has a powerful sweet sherried aroma and a long caramel taste, and I am sure my forefather would be proud.

該桶酒在酒庫度過了五十載的歲月，最終只產出110瓶的美酒，酒精濃度為46.6%。這支威士忌散發濃烈而甜美的雪利酒香，帶悠長的焦糖味，相信我的祖輩亦會引以為傲。
