In this example Tjampitjin paints Purkitji, the artist's country on the floodplains of Sturt Creek. The large water system drains into Lake Gregory 350km to the south. As such the artist's iconography often represents the water, floods, rain clouds, rainbows and the cloudy 'milk water' that flows through his country during the wet season.

This painting is sold with accompanying documentation from Short St Gallery, Broome.
