Each handle realistically modelled as a bacchant draped with entwined fruiting vines, the hexafoil junction embellished with continued vine leaf decoration, the blade centre pierced and engraved with a putti astride a swan within a foliate ground, the tine engraved with foliate scrolls, in a fitted red leather case, length of slice 34cm, weight 12oz.
