Comprising: a hand mirror, a silver mounted tortoiseshell comb, two hair brushes and two silver backed clothes brushes, all with reeded rims embellished with floral swags, initialled 'GKC'; together with, a pair of modern candlesticks, by Poston Products Ltd, Birmingham 1972, with attached nozzles, urn shaped sconces and stems, raised on stepped circular feet, a cased silver manicure set, various makers, Birmingham 1912-13, comprising: a cuticle stick, a nail file, nail brush, nail scissors, a nail buffer and a small hinged pot, each cast with foliate scroll decoration, a silver box, by Hobson, James & Gilby, Birmingham 1919, oval form, the hinged cover with facsimile image of an 18th century continental oil painting, with banded reed borders, raised on four leaf capped paw feet, padded interior, two silver inkwells, one, by Barker Bros, Chester 1908, stepped square form, with beaded rims flanking roundel and husk borders, hinged dome lid with acanthus bud finial, the corners with applied dolphins, the other, Chester 1913, domed circular form, with hinged lid and demi-circle thumbpiece, a silver snuff box, by Samuel Pemberton, Birmingham 1810, rounded rectangular form, the body with reeded bands, integral hinge, and a continental silver box, shaped-rectangular form, incurved panelled sides, canted edges, the hinged cover with engraved reserve, all-over machine turned body.
