Shaped-lozenge tray with chased foliate scroll raised rim, central capital modelled as a two handled cup, flanked by an ink well and a sander modelled as fluted urns with beaded rims and domed covers, four pen stands shaped as flowering buds, raised on four foliate scroll feet, together with a Portuguese chalice, Oporto 1761-70, maker's mark unidentified, the cup of circular form with flaring rim, raised on a knopped stem and circular moulded spreading foot, and a French dressing pot and cover, by Jean Francois Veyrat, 1832-1840, of compressed circular form, chased with foliate scrolls, spume and a vacant cartouche, height of chalice 25.5cm, length of inkstand tray 25cm, weight 30.5oz. (3)
