Oblong folio (10 x 13 inches). 60 8 x 10 inch gelatin silver prints tipped to captioned pages. Original black cloth album. Several leaves with small stains at lower edge, but generally internally clean, covers with some rubbing and wear.

This self-published album provides an American GI's view of Calcutta post-World War II, shortly before independence from Britain.
