Folio (280 x 193 mm). a-o8 p8(-p5) A12(-A12) B-G8 H6 q-z8 2A-C8 D4. Woodcut title page. Conforms to the register except p5 lacking and 65 leaves inserted between p3 and p4. Period blindstamped pigskin, manuscript titling on lower edge. Scattered minor stains and fingersoiling, few instances of marginalia, new endpapers, front hinge cracked through and several leaves at beginning detached, few instances of marginal worming, vellum soiled.

The inserted leaves comprise books 5-8 of the total 12 books and represent a later issue, they are separately foliated and not included in the register. Adams 3177.
