A glazed stoneware small bottle

Of square form with a bluish-grey-ash-glaze ground decorated with brush-stroke decoration in white glaze with overglaze enamel details in red, green and yellow, signed with seal Ta; with tomobako bearing the artist's seal and signature Tatsuzo on the reverse of the lid, the inscription on the box lid reads Aka-e hoko and is translated as 'vase with red painting'.
