The first of shakudo, each in the form of a wasp with partly closed wings, details inlaid with gold honzogan, signed Myoju with kao, 2.8cm (1 1/8in); the second in shakudo in the form of Chinese generals with gilt and silvered details, unsigned, 4.2cm (1 5/8in) and 3.5cm (1 3/8in); with wood storage boxes.
