A part set of shibuichi sword mounts for a wakizashi
By Omori Teruhide, 19th century
Comprising: a tsuba of oval form, with an overall design on both sides of breaking waves with gilt spray drops, in typical style, signed Omori Teruhide with kao; a fuchi-gashira with a similar design, signed Omori Teruhide; a kurikata of the same design; and a kanamono en suite unsigned; with wood storage box. The tsuba 7cm (2¾in). (5).
