In the shape of an oi (a Yamabushi priest's travelling pack), of slightly-domed and curved rectangular form, bearing a fundame ground with a simulated basketwork and wood structure and with trailing ivy on both sides in gold and slight-coloured takamakie, the corners strengthened with silver and interior of nashiji, signed Mototada with kao.
