Style of Zeshin, 19th century
Bearing a rich roiro ground, lacquered and inlaid with an elaborate flower arrangement in an openwork basket, in takamakie, tsuishu, inlaid pewter and aogai, the interior of matt gold lacquer, inscribed Zeshin saku.
