17th century
Of small size, the roiro ground faded to dark brown and lacquered with a dog, with bells on its collar, seated by a tsuitate beneath a flowering branch, the reverse with a fan beneath a pine tree, in gold and coloured takamakie, the interior of black lacquer with kinji edges, unsigned.
6.3cm (2½in).
