Attributed to Ozaki Kokusai, Shiba, Tokyo, late 19th century
Of muso-zutsu form, the bamboo case clear-lacquered, a stag-antler band at the top and the upper part carved in low relief with roof-tiles, their designs incorporating the disguised signature Koku.
