- The head superbly modeled with well-balanced facial features and rich well-defined locks. The domed ushnisha takes a more naturalistic topknot that has the appearance of being tiered. For another stucco head in the Victoria and Albert Museum with this similar tiered effect see Kramrisch, The Art of India, 1954, no. 44.
