Three gray schist relief panels
Gandhara, 3rd/4th century
Two panels are finely carved with narrative scenes from the life of the Buddha, the first showing the Buddha teaching, the second showing prince Siddartha leaving the palace on horseback The third panel is carved with putti supporting a large garland flanking a central figure of Buddha meditating.
