A set of seven brass and copper 'Chekpump' petrol measures, circa 1930, for the County of Cumberland
All marked 'Serial No. 111'
With soldered verification mark for 1930, and 'LF 35', to rim, to measure 5 Gallons, 4 Gallons, 3 Gallons, 2 Gallons, 1 Gallons, a Half Gallon and 1 Quart, all in two oak boxes with rope handles and each with a brass plaque reading 'County of Cumberland', and brass escutcheon stamped 'Serial No. 111/1930', both boxes fitted with a glass levelling disc, (11 including boxes and discs)
