An Edwardian brass 'outdoor' 56lb part beamscale assembly, for the City of Carlisle

Comprising a gallows, beam marked with maker's name and with steel knife edges, shackles and pans with chains, all but the chains numbered '1142', the earliest verification mark for 1908, lacking the tripod or stand, all in a box bearing a brass plaque to the lid reading 'Standard Scale, City of Carlisle', the box also lacking the 7lb and 1lb beamscales, the beam 67.5cm long, (7 including box)
