The hood with broken swan-neck pediment above vere eglomise panels, the hood door flanked by Ionic capital pilasters, the silvered brass 13 inch dial with Roman and Arabic numerals, date aperture, seconds dial, painted celestial moon dial and applied cast brass scrolling spandrels, the long door with shaped top, flanked by canted corners with stopped-pilasters, the base with a central panel with applied moulded edges, (three sides missing), raised on squat bracket feet, the weight driven mechanism striking on a bell, with weights, pendulum and winder, 220cm high
