Layard, discoverer of Nineveh; a group wedding photograph of the future George V and Princess Mary, surrounded by heir bridesmaids, signed ("George" and "Victoria May", dated by the latter 1893); plus an autograph envelope signed by Charles Dickens (to Dr Percy at the House of Commons, 23 December 1868) and one by Prince Albert (to his Private Secretary Colonel Phipps), plus letters by Canning, Palmerston, Peel and Ramsay MacDonald
