  • The manuscript fragment in Anglo-Norman is part of Walter of Bibbesworth's rhymed Tretiz pur aprise de langage, written in the second half of the thirteenth century. The text of the our fragment corresponds to lines 672-675, 681-690, 693-698 and 756-776 of the Anne Owen edition published in Paris in 1929, but with significant variants.
