The ogee-arched case surmounted by three carved finials over pierced side sound frets on a plinth base on ball feet with gadrooned detailing and cluster columns to the front angles, the 6.75 inch circular signed and painted Roman dial with minute track and gilt hands, the signed twin chain fusee movement with anchor escapement rack striking on a bell, the substantial pendulum with faceted brass rod and heavy bob 53cms (1ft 9ins) high.
