A blue and white porcelain long-necked bottle
19th century
The body of inverted ear form raised on a short foot ring and tapering through the long neck to a flared rim, the lower portion painted in shades of dark blue cobalt with alternating bats and flower sprays above a geometric diaper band, the celadon-tinged glaze covering all surfaces except the foot pad and showing patches of russet crazing along the neck.
