Painted across the floor of the well in underglaze blue with a shou medallion encircled by ribboned bajixiang within a double ring that also lines the interior rim while the exterior walls display a young boy running toward an official in a garden who stares at two beauties framed by a moon-shaped window of a garden pavilion, all drawn in the characteristic palette with gilt highlights.
