Each thickly potted and painted in underglaze cobalt with a ribboned jewel, artemisia leaf, chime, paired books and a rhinoceros horn encircling the tall neck while 'One Hundred Children at Play' in an edited garden setting cover the body of inverted pear form, bordered by a sawtooth band at the shoulder and a line of clouds along the flared base above the set-in foot ring, the recessed base painted en suite with a double ring; replacement reticulated wood covers.
