The floor of its wide, curving well centered with a concave depression that coincides with the convex outline of the exterior base within the canted foot ring, a single patch of purple visible in the pale blue-gray glaze across the well that thins to pale brown across the rim and darkens to a more intense blue-gray on the exterior walls where it stops unevenly to expose the buff-colored fabric across the foot area.
