Well carved and incised as a dragon striding over cresting waves, its head framed by the scaly body curved in a graceful arch and partially obscured by stylized clouds supporting a large jewel, the underside carved with paralleled incised lines representing a whirling current; the greenish-white stone with occasional russet inclusions.
