A large cloisonné enameled metal vase
19th century
With a tall cylindrical neck above a globular body and decorated in brightly colored enamels with lush flowering peony bushes issuing from ornamental rockwork encircling the base, all silhouetted against a dark red ground with an overall key-fret pattern in gilt cloisons, further gilt accenting the rim and foot, bearing a Qianlong mark framed by dragons on the base.
