A group of four embroidered silk accessories
Late Qing/Republic period
Including two pouches embroidered in bright colors on a ground of gilt-woven threads, one pouch displaying landscapes in satin stitch and the other with insects and gourds reversed by 'One Hundred Antiques' worked in chain-stitch embroidery; the third a fan case of bright blue satin with auspicious emblems on both sides in polychrome couched threads; the fourth a red satin flat case with blue satin sliding cover, both sides worked with flowers and butterflies in knotted stitches with couched white-thread outlines.
