The hood with stepped cornice over a fret work frieze and glazed door flanked by outset columns opening to a twelve inch square dial inscribed John Knibb, Oxen with Roman and Arabic chapter ring and subsidiary seconds dial, the trunk with a rectangular door with molded edge centering a gilt wood banded ocular window above a plinth base.
