Five Walt Disney Studios storyboard drawings from Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
1937, graphite on paper, depicting scenes cut from the film: Grumpy carves rabbit from a tree with his chisel and ax as a bee buzzes around his head; as he tries to kill the bee, he realizes that he has chopped off the rabbit's arms so he transforms the image of a rabbit into an owl; the final drawing depicts a dwarf drawing a rabbit as the animal models for him.
