A pair of foo dog props used on stage at the 83rd Academy Awards®
Constructed of carved compressed foam on a removable wood base with a luan backing, the two dogs are mirror images of each other. They were part of a set designed to resemble Grauman's Chinese Theater, and were used onstage during the awards ceremony at the Kodak Theater (just a few blocks from Grauman's) on February 27, 2011.
