A black and white striped shirt with labels "Nat Wise Sunset Strip," "Sammy Davis Jr." and "Oct. 1975," and "Sammy Jr." embroidered on the chest pocket. Together with one pair of dark green pants bearing the label "Sy Devore Hollywood Sammy Davis Jr. 7/28/72." Nat Wise was the preferred shirtmaker for the Rat Pack and other stars of the era, with a client list that included Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, and Johnny Cash.
