A silver plate "Woman of the Day" award presented to Marion Davies
Marked on the underside, "Dodge Inc EPC," with the center engraved with a flower basket pattern and the inscription, "WOMAN OF THE DAY / MARION DAVIES / ELEANOR and ANNA ROOSEVELT / RADIO PROGRAM / 3-11-49." Davies retired from film in 1937, and was likely given this award in recognition of the charity work which occupied her later years.
